Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the gembet platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

Continued use of gembet's services following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. Users who register do so on their own behalf and are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable local laws.

Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on gembet. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

Users must be at least 21 years of age to register. During registration, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate, and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

User Conduct

Users are prohibited from using the gembet platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, market manipulation, or activities that are harmful to other users. Any attempt to hack, exploit system bugs, or use automated software (bots) is strictly prohibited.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by gembet are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer. Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses — will result in bonus forfeiture and account action.

Usage Restrictions

Users from legally restricted regions are not permitted to use this platform. gembet reserves the right to block access to any user suspected of violating these terms or whose usage poses a risk to the security of the platform.

Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the gembet platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimately owned and obtained through lawful means.

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to gembet's current policies and may be updated from time to time. Withdrawals require valid identity verification before funds can be transferred.

  • All transactions are recorded and can be reviewed by users through their account history.
  • gembet is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
  • Any deposit suspected of involving illegal activity will be temporarily frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Users are required to fulfil the wagering requirements (rollover) before any bonus withdrawal is permitted.

Account Suspension & Closure

Gembet reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the following cases: fraud or suspicious activity, violation of these terms, abuse of promotions, or upon instruction from a competent authority.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be returned following the required verification process, provided there are no unresolved disputes or compliance issues.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The gembet platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. gembet is not liable for any losses arising from betting outcomes, technical disruptions beyond our control, or processing delays.

Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and gembet is not responsible for any losses incurred through betting activity on this platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the gembet platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of gembet and is protected under applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior written authorisation.

Third-Party Links

The gembet platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such websites. Access to those sites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms

Gembet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via registered email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the gembet platform will be resolved through the procedures established under Malaysian court jurisdiction. By using this platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any claims or disputes.
